Methodology
• The staff profile system will be implemented and executed via SDLC
and prototyping.
Functional requirement
The system has the ability to check for authentication of the admin
through secured username and password. The main function of the
system is that it can input into the database and also upload and
download file. It can also search for data. Below are the list of function
of the staff profile system.
• User login

• Input staff data
• View staff data
• Search staff data
• Upload file
• Download file
• File upload notification
• Edit staff data
• Delete staff data
Non Functional requirement
A non functional requirements refers to the behavioral properties that

must have by a system. A non functional requirement gives an impact
towards design phase decisions. It is categorized as below.

3. Choose which type of file to be uploaded
4. Fill in the “File name”
5. Press “Choose file “ to choose file
6. Press “Upload” to upload choose file
7. “Click to view” to view the uploaded file
7.Notification on the latest file upload, show time and personnel post by.
8.Click “preview HERE” to download file.
