approach to the effective management of
people in the hospitality and tourism sector
such that they help the industry to gain
competitive advantage. It is designed to
maximized employees performance.

selecting, inducting employees, providing
orientation, imparting training and development,
appraising the performance of employees,
deciding compensation and providing benefits,
motivating, maintaining proper relations with
employees and their trade unions, ensuring
safety, welfare and health measures of employees
in compliance with labour laws.

the organization. It is done through the
