action in a sentence or a word that
tells what is happening in a
sentence.
ACTIVE AND PASSIVE
VOICE
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the period, the students would be
able to;
1. Determine the voice of the verb given in a
sentence.
2. Discuss the active and passive forms of the verb
in speaking and writing.
3. Write sentences applying the active and passive
voice of the verb.
Direction: Write A if the sentence is in active
voice and write P if it is passive.
