INTRODUCTION
•The land used for the construction of this school is 2 acres out of which 1/2 acres is the
playground.
•The school has been divided into three blocks which are interconnected to each other
through 3-4 m wide corridors.
•There are three entries into the school premises.
•one leading to the administrative block and the other leading to the blocks where
classes are held.
•The school has proper provisions for science labs (physics, chemistry, biology) along
with a social science lab and 2 computer labs separate for each department.
•Maximum area around the school is paved.

DESIGN FEATURES
•The building is east- west oriented with windows running throughout
the wall encouraging maximum amount of daylight entering the
premises.
•Initially the two building blocks that consists of the classrooms were in
the reverse positions but later the positions were changed to what they
are now by the department of urban planning and was designed based
on  the vastu shastra.
•There are a total of about 41 classrooms with occupancy of 30-35
students with each class holding up to 3 sections. And the area being
about 5-6^2 m.
•  The administrative block uses the concept of double height ceiling,
and is segregated from the rest of the blocks.
•Courtyard planning is the major feature if the building, the concept has
