Easy to Take Prevention Overheating!

You should clean the radiator core every after working
based on this procedure for keep cooling performance
it.
1. Before Cleaning
(1) Park the machine on level ground and stop the engine

(2) Open the engine side covers. (Both sides)

(3) Sitting the operating seat then close all doors and windows.
CAUTION ： Engine STOP, Parking brake ON

OPEN SIDE COVER BOTH SIDE
2. Cleaning <Monitor panel view>
(1) Operate Key SW to “ON” position

(2) Push F6 button

　　 Display shows “Utility Screen Select”

(3) Select “Fan Reverse Mode” by F3.

　　 then push F6 button F6 F3

REMARK ： If parking brake or work

equipment lock lever is released,
screen （＊） appears on monitor
( ＊ ) Denied
panel. Please Set Parking BRK

(4) “Reverse FAN?”

⇒ Press F6 button

REMARK ： If HYD oil temperature is below 40 deg C,

Reverse FAN?
　　　　　　　　 fan is unable to rotate maximum speed.
CAUTION ： Confirm nobody is at surrounding area during
cleaning.

(5) “Now Reverse”
⇒ Start the engine

(6) Operate fuel dial to max position,

　　 then engine speed to high idle Start the engine Now Reverse

3. After Cleaning
(1) Reduce engine speed to low idle and wait at least 10 seconds, then stop the engine.
　　　　
　　　　
(2) Confirm no dust in engine room

(3) Close the engine side covers

 How is your machine’s radiator?
If radiator is dirty, it is clogged soon and made overheat. You should clean radiator core
to use fan reversal mode every after working for protect overheat.
Please check your machine’s radiator core.
Normal Condition

If radiator is normal condition, you can see sunlight.

Dirty Condition

Cannot clean to use fan reversal mode.

It made sure more clogged and machine overheat.
⇒ You call maintenance and require to clean radiator core.
(1) Coal dust is easy to stick to radiator core.
⇒ Please clean radiator core every after working.

(2) Leaves and plastic bags are easy to cover.

⇒ Please remove them from engine room if you found.
