In an ideal information network, information should be
• Periodically / Continuously updated,
• Efficiently Processed,
• Value driven,
• Audience Centred, and
• Available/made available to everyone within and
outside the organization. (Subject to management’s
decision)

proper decision making and meeting the organizational
