GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading a children’s club team to create a professional and safe environment for both staff and children to
operate in.
• Developing and coordinating the delivery of children’s club activities in all weather condition according to
agreed company standards, polices and procedures
• Train, motivate and appraise the club team to ensure the highest levels of service, and assuming
responsibility for the development of the club team.
• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer
service.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role at a 5 star luxury hotel/resort OR Certified in child care
plus several years’ experience in working with Children & Customer care related field.
• Knowledge of basic health & safety methods/standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of written & spoken English. Fluency in other
language(s) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge in computing and office software.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
