JOB DESCRIPTION :
Employee is responsible for the following duties:
 Strategic planning of goals

 Recognize prospects for various educational programs available at School

 Reach prospects via search engines, social media, brochures, emails, cold calls,
advertising, blogs, etc
 Engage in branding and act on the database collected

 Convert prospects to clients for School using innovative techniques

 Develop a relationship with customers to encourage brand advocacy

 Problem solving and adherence to 360 degree feedback

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL METHOD
Management by objectives
Commonly referred to as MBO – is a performance appraisal method that determines how
closely aligned an employee’s goals are to organizational goals. MBO appraisals are suitable for
measuring quantitative and qualitative output of high-level employees.
