Introduction
Maize (Zea mays L.) is the most imperative cereal crop
worldwide with the highest global production of 1060
million tonnes .
It is used as food in humans, feed for poultry and livestock,
and raw material for an array of industrial- and processed-
products.so its improve for nutritional contents to maintain
by major malnutritional diseases.
