Sequent Of Event Recorder – SOE

• Data of the Sequent Of Event recorder are in a similar way available as the operational Log file, here just
the status changes of the connected Binary Signals will be monitored  only access via DIGSI 5
• From FW V6.x the Binary signals will be also availably in the Trend recorder and it will be possible to
transfer this information via IEC 61850 to e.g. to SICAM PQS as a PQDIF file
The Trend recorder support 50 (MV) or 200 (SPS)  1 MV = 4 SPS
The following configurations are possible for the Trend recorder:
• e.g. 50 (MV) and 0 (SPS)
• e.g. 25 (MV) and 100 (SPS)
• e.g. 0 (MV) and 200 (SPS)  when the user like to use it as a SOE

7KE85 Fault Recorder
Power Quality recordings – PQR

• The PQR (Power Quality recordings) is just the functionality of the device
• This necessary Voltage Quality Information could be stored e.g. in the Continuous recorder and in the Trend
recorder
• The necessary functions which are generating e.g. Measured values as a Flicker, Harmonics, Voltage
related events will be handled in a Function Block (FB) which are consuming "Function Points"
• PQ 10/12cyc (contains basic measurements of 200 ms)  available from FW V6.x
• PQ Trend (Voltage related events e.g. unbalanced voltage, frequency)  available from FW V6.x
• PQ Flicker (Pinst "instantaneous  former P5", Pst and Plt)  available from FW V6.x
• PQ 10/12cyc Har (Harmonics, THD and TDD)  available from FW V7.8x
• PQ 10/12cyc IntH (Interharmonics for Voltage and Current Signals)  available from FW V7.8x
• PQ 150/180cyc Har (contains harmonics basic measurements of 3 s)  just necessary for Class A
 available from FW V7.8x
• PQ 150/180cyc IntH (contains interharmanics basic measurements of 3 s)  just necessary for Class A
 available from FW V7.8x

7KE85 Fault Recorder
Function point cluster for PQR

Explanation of the 150 Function Points for PQR:

Per 1x MP (Measuring Point) typically for 4CT and 4VT
inputs will be used. E.g. to cover the necessary
Measurements for Power Quality. To support the standard
EN 50160 are following FB (Functions Blocks) are needed
which consumes Function Points.
• Additionally 1x CR (Continuous recorder) = 25 FP
• 1x FB - PQ 10/12cyc = 25 FP
• 1x FB - PQ Flicker = 25 FP
• 1x FB - PQ Trend = 25 FP
• 1x FB - PQ 10/12cyc Har = 25 FP
• 1x FB - PQ 150/180cyc Har = 25 (only for PQ Class A)

Sum of Function Points for one Measuring Point = 150 FP
