 Steps for creating User ID’s:

1. SAM ID Creation  : (SELF Creation)

2. Domain ID & Mail ID using Remedy: (Need to be done by Manager)

3. PUM ID Creation using Remedy Portal (Require SAM ID, Need to be done by Manager)

4. VPN IP Creation using Remedy Portal (Form – ID Access, Need to be done by Manager)

 SAM ID Creation 
Create your SAM ID, it is mandatory to raise any IT request with Vodafone.
 
Once self-registration done on SAM Portal it will go to his RM for approval (to whom he has selected as RM
while doing registration).

Once RM approved registration this record will go to IDAM and then to Remedy for Remedy ID creation of
user. Once ID created in remedy manager will receive password and employee will get remedy login ID over
mail. (Remedy ID is same as SAM registration ID).

4. Click on Search Button and select the appropriate Reviewer

Step 4: Submit Details For Approval

Click on Submit button.

 You will receive an mail from security.accessmanager@vodafone.com

 Now open the below link for self validation:

https://bpw.vodafone.in/SelfRegistration/ValidateSelfRegistration.aspx
 Fill the details, provided in mail and SUBMIT
 Then request need to be approve by Vodafone manager.
