 What is GDP?
 On the Job Technical training within all Divisions of Technical
 Every participating Division has an assigned Mentor “ Buddy” (or multiple)
 Graduates are rotated through each division, and work through by learning the roles,
functions, network interworking and general knowledge building of the engineering &
operation function of the division and its importance to the bmobile business

 As per Issued Schedule the teams will rotation through each Division at active learning capacity with
the respective mentors
 Write a report at the end of the two weeks assignment in one’s own words with of the
understanding of the key functionality of the systems and its importance in the Network & Business
as a whole
 The Rotational OTJ training will conclude by 25th September
