On the Job Technical Bootcamp – Bmobile Engineering & Operations
What is GDP?
On the Job Technical training within all Divisions of Technical
Every participating Division has an assigned Mentor “ Buddy” (or multiple)
Graduates are rotated through each division, and work through by learning the roles,
functions, network interworking and general knowledge building of the engineering &
operation function of the division and its importance to the bmobile business

2020 GDP Expections
As per Issued Schedule the teams will rotation through each Division at active learning capacity with
the respective mentors
Write a report at the end of the two weeks assignment in one’s own words with of the
understanding of the key functionality of the systems and its importance in the Network & Business
as a whole
The Rotational OTJ training will conclude by 25th September
