- Set a timer, Focus on, & pay 100% attention.

- Example of proper fraction & improper fraction

- Spend 5 minutes to review your 1 hour learning right after the learning session. . (Most
of the people miss this)
- You can have more review session next day
- You can say it will take more time?
But don’t you want retention?

- If you want to be good public speaker? Good writer ? Good swimmer?
