Construction Construction Construction Quality Control Pre-Construction Stage – Preparation of QAP – Approval of Mix Design – Testing of Cement, Steel etc. – Approval of source for materials During Construction – Testing like sieve analysis, slump test etc. Post Construction Stage o Cube Tests, Core Tests, Third party Test etc. o All the mandatory tests as per the frequency given in CPWD/IS/MORTH/Rly. guidelines for the materials o Proper Record of the tests in the register Time Control Time Control Time is a non-renewable resource to waste. This is the most valuable resource in a project.
