‡Business Consulting Project is a team-based business consulting assignment
undertaken by senior MBA students .

‡This is part of the MBA program and has been included as a subject and carries 200
marks.

‡ A team of three students (henceforth, called the consulting team) undertakes the
consultancy assignment for a business firm (called the client) with help of the Faculty.

‡ One Company executive will coordinate with the consulting team throughout the
