DESCRIPTION
GO-Ceries is owned by MaxCy Enterprises wherein the
entrepreneurs produced a 3-in-1 supermarket. In which, they
have the physical location, drive thru and delivery.
Brief
The physical location is composed of a usual grocery
Description store but it also has a mini-playground for kids if their parents
want to leave them there and play while they are roaming
around the GO-Ceries. Drive-thru is made for those who
loves travelling or for those people who are on the go.
The items that will be available here are the goods that are
usually needed by the on the go people like, water, chips, canned

umbrellas and etc.

The difference of this drive thru to other drive thru is that, it has
3 windows, first window is for taking orders second window is for
those who did not buy a lot of stuff then lastly for those who did.
This drive thru also has big space that is enough to give big boxes
of orders.
For deliveries, the entrepreneurs created their own page so
that it will be easy for their customers to contact and connect
with them. The products will be posted and all they have to do is
to purchase it then the officer in charge will contact them for
approval then their stuff will be delivered. Also, the said page is
made for those who wanted to give comments about the
services and the products.

Zone, giving full and easy access on food and other items to people
who is always on the go.

FACILITIES
The physical location, located in front of
Baypointe Hospital, is rectangular in shape
when viewed at the top. There is a parking
lot situated at its left side that is able to
accommodate private vehicles along with
the supermarket’s delivery vehicles such as
trucks and vans. The drive thru is located at
the rooftop of the business to ensure that
there will be no traffic that will take place in
case there is long queue of the cars in the
drive thru area.

The factory layout of the building’s parking, first, and second floors are strategically planned by the
entrepreneurs to make sure that the arrangements of the equipment inside the supermarket are
accessible and easy to reach. This is to give the customers comfort while roaming inside the
supermarket.

wants. Listening to the “voice of the customer” will always be one of our top priorities by emphasizing on
providing the best quality product in the market and
offering the best service to the customers. True to that, we assure to continuously improve by providing:

On-Time Delivery. The goal of GO-Ceries is to give ease to everyone when buying and
providing their needs for themselves. Delivery is offered for those who find it difficult to have a
spare time going to the grocery store to buy their needs. In this case, of the privileges given by
the supermarket is the free delivery to customers. The fee that will be spend on the delivery
services of the company will be paid by MaxCy Enterprise.

Drive-Thru. One of the goals of GO-Ceries is to ease the difficulties, to be fast, and to be
convenient. That is why the store put up a drive-thru station for those who wants fast and
instant shopping. Having our drive-thru is our main marketing strategy because we are the
first grocery store in Olongapo and Subic Bay Freeport Zone to have a drive-thru. This drive
thru is a great help for those who does not have enough time to shop because they are the
people who are always on the go.
QUALITY
Play Area. Doing grocery with their child is a fun experience since it can strengthen
bonds but sometimes it can be stressful to some. There are children that might throw
tantrums if they got bored while their parent is doing their strolling. GO-Ceries decided
to address this problem by building an indoor play area for the kids. The business
assures the customers that this play area is one-hundred percent safe for the kids.

Free Eco-bags. GO-Ceries is not just reliable and convenient; it is an eco-friendly


grocery where it adheres the environmental protection and awareness. The store
does not use plastic bags in packing the items; instead, it uses eco-bags. Other
stores sell eco-bags but in GO-Ceries, it is free.
QUALITY
Promo Cards. GO-Ceries believes that customers are the crown jewel of the store and it
will mean nothing without it. That is why the store implemented the use of ‘Go-Cards’, it is
for the avid customers of GO-Ceries. A customer will earn points by purchasing in the
store, the higher the amount of purchase, the higher the points to be given. A customer can
avail items through points such as smart phones, tablets, Smart TVs, etc.
 
GO-Card is made to give the valuable customers of GO-Ceries
their chance to gain points and to load money to the card. The
customers can load their cash to the cashier so that when the
planned to shop and they do not want to bring their cash, they
can only bring their cards then use it for their transactions. Also,
the GO-Card earns points; in every ₱100.00 is equivalent to one
(1) point and one (1) point equivalent to ₱1.00. So when they
shop more, they will gain more points too. They can shop in the
supermarket using those points. GO-Card can be availed in the
GO-Ceries’ Information center or in the cashier.
QUALITY
Seasonal Sale. Filipinos like to go shopping when there is a sale from a certain store. They
always say that it is worth it to buy things because it has a lower price. GO-Ceries come up
with an offer that the customer will enjoy. Seasonal sale will be implemented during
Christmas, Black Saturday, New Year and any other holidays.

Raffle. Every customer that avail certain amount of goods can join in the monthly raffle.
