Dissemination and Advocacy Plans

In achieving highly competent status among school personnel of Sta. Elena Elementary School. It is necessary
for the school administration to tap linkages to higher authorities who are expert on research and make annual
plan on research so that teachers will be exposed on research capability trainings, fuva, etc. and will always be
guided towards competency on research and development.
VALUES RESTORATION
There are many good values/ manners we that we thought in school but
practicing the ‘’mano or pagmamano’’, saying ‘’po’’ or ‘’opo’’ and saying
polite expressions to the eldest are the good and essay things that children
learn. Pagmamano is a sign of respect for elders generally performed with
the right hand. It is a great act showing that they are respected and loved.
So, we the Teaching Force of Sta. Elena strongly implement this kind of
Poject headed by our helpful school head Sir Rizaleo A. Pamor as project
implementor at the school level, with guidance form Maam Juliet Lim, the
EsP Coordinator Supervisor of Tacloban City and spearheader of this
project in the division.
