Human Resource management
Definition:
Human Resource Management (HRM) is the
policies, practices and systems that influence
employees’ behavior, attitudes, and performance.
Human resource management (HRM) is a subset
of the study of management that focuses on
how to attract, hire, train, motivate, and maintain
employees.

Behaviors – the way in which one acts or conducts
oneself, especially towards others.
Attitudes – a settled way of thinking or feeling
about something.
The difference between Behavior and Attitude is very
critical to understand.
Performance - the action or process of performing
a task or function.
