Guidelines
School Year 2020 – 2021
 A PRODUCTIVE
REVIEW TIME
Make a game plan or strategy in which you
will make the most productive time for
review.
 Ensure a conducive and
comfortable learning space
during the periodical test
session. The learning
COMFY space must be clear of
LEARNING review materials, or any
SPACE document related to the
test. Also, no other
individual should be
present in the learning
space.
 GADGET(S)
A laptop or desktop
computer with camera will
suffice for the online exam.
If in case you will use a
tablet or cellphone,
maximum of 2 units is
allowed (1 for Zoom and 1
for Aralinks).
 BE ON TIME!
You don’t want to be
left behind! The test
is time – restricted.
 BE ON TIME!
Enough time is given to you
before the test to accommodate
all necessities like going to the
restroom and drinking water.
When the test starts, you are
not allowed to leave your study
area unless it is an emergency.
In case of emergency, chat the
proctor privately.
 MEMORIZE YOUR

ACCOUNT

During the periodical

exams, your personal
Aralinks account is very
important. Jot down your
username and password
on a small sheet of paper.
 BE LEGIT!
Always use your own Aralinks
account in taking the
examinations. Otherwise, your
test will be considered null
and void. If you encountered
problem in signing up into
your account, inform the
proctor immediately.

SET – UP
A visual communication
is important esp. during
examinations. Make sure
that your camera is open
during the entire session.
 AUDIO ON
During the test, you
should unmute your
audio for monitoring.
 AUDIO ON
Any form of communication,
virtual or otherwise, to any
individual especially for the
purpose of getting an unfair
advantage to the test is strictly
prohibited. Reading the exam
aloud is also not allowed.
 Speakers off
After all instructions and reminders had
been said, you will be instructed to volume
down your headset/ earphones/ speaker or
it is also advised to set aside these
paraphernalia during exams (except the
microphone). This is to avoid
communicating to others and getting
distracted from the noises that enter the
Zoom meeting. All communications will be
done in the chat box (so notice the chat tab
once in a while).

papers are totally clean

For CLE/ Theology
subjects you are required
to have a Bible for Bible
Exploration kind of test.
You are not allowed to
search on online Bible or
use Bible app.
 BREAK!
You must not leave the testing
area. The only time you may leave
the area with the intention of
returning is to use the restroom.
Only 5 minutes is allotted for such.
If you extended, with unacceptable
reason, your test will be invalid.
Only one person at a time is
allowed to take the restroom
break.
 TIME’S UP!
Please be conscious of the
time while taking the test.
The timer is on the lower
right side of your
Aralinks page. Make sure
that you submit your test
before the time ends.

irregularities still persist, his/her test will be invalidated (null
and void) and will be sanctioned for committing academic
dishonesty after the deliberation of the Committee on Student
Formation.
