PROBLEM
UCorp Company is still using inventory
management system and it can be problematic
because the volume order increases. A poor
Warehouse Management drains the company’s
money by not accurately keeping track of orders.
And the lead time affects inventory and warehouse
management because it differs for many products
may not be delivered on time and to customer's
expectations.

PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDY

The purpose of this project is to create and develop a

computerized inventory system that is proper, reliable, efficient and
easy to use. The project in entitled “INVENTORY
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” for UCorp Company will be design
and developed by the proponents for administrator officers and
employees that are assigned in the warehouse.

The proposed project will replace the manual process currently

existing in the company and will be using a computerized system that
can lessen the paper works, fasten the process and secure all data.

• It can help them to determine all files that they need about their stock.
• They can manage properly the exact number of their product.
• The company will have lesser difficulty in monitoring its inventory system
because everything will be done systematically.
• This will help reduce filling and storage problem and it will also help the
manager save a lot of time and energy in making inventory report.

• The system will provide ease and convenience to the employees because they
will not have to work manually. The propose system will provide an easier way
of using the inventory system since it will be computerized. This will minimize
human error in managing and tallying of inventory since it will be
computerized
