Market Research
Projects include application of standard market research techniques to key areas of interest such as online
marketplaces for financial products and services, government norms affecting the business, industry composition
and structure, emerging trends in the industry and so on.

• Information Systems Management

Projects comprise of ideation of information systems from a business operations perspective. Suited for

tech savvy individuals who are seeking to solve business problems by making use of ever evolving

technologies.

• Data Analytics
Projects that seek to deliver key business insights by working on data models. May cover one or more
aspects related to data analytics – fetching data, mapping business problems to available data, transforming
data, creating predictive models, recommending business decisions based on analytical insights.

Financial Modelling
Projects may involve one or more aspects of financial modelling that pertain to valuations of assets, liabilities, net
worth,
financial forecasting, asset-liability management, risk management, insurance modelling, FX modelling and so on.

• Personal Finance
Projects will comprise topics such as income and expense analysis, goal setting and planning, insurance
planning, multi-asset and liability portfolio analysis, personal taxation, tax optimization.

• Financial Markets
Projects in this area covers a broad spectrum of various financial products that fall in the categories of
investments, insurance and retirement products.

• International Finance
Projects comprise of topics related to international financial transactions such as asset acquisitions and disposals,
wealth
repatriation, Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs) and so on.

What Are We Looking
For
The projects we are offering are ideally suited for:
1.MBA candidates graduating in the year 2020, who are still waiting for their offer letters,
or to join their companies.
2.MBA candidates who have completed their 1st year (Batch of 2021) and are looking for
internship opportunities or summer projects.
3.MBA graduates who are still looking for a job, but have at least 1 months available to
commit to the desired project.

What Are We Looking
For
Qualities that make a candidate ideal for working with us:
• We are looking for self-driven and highly motivated individuals who can plan their work
and execute the plan independently, without significant oversight.
• Candidates who have sound knowledge of chosen area and desire to work in that area in
the future.
• Candidates who have at least 1 month of time to commit to the project, beginning on, or
after 4th May 2020.
• Having experience in the chosen area is preferred. However, it is not a must.

As a candidate for the Internship or LIVE Project, you will
- Work directly with our Senior Management on your chosen area
- Acquire real-life practical knowledge beyond textbooks
- Receive business and market insights by interacting with our colleagues
- Learn aspects of starting and growing a business
- Experience our unique “Dream Culture” firsthand

Being a startup in economically challenging times, we are unable to offer any monetary
compensation at the moment. However, excellent candidates will be rewarded in monetary terms
and/or job offers in managerial and leadership positions with us, based on our discretion.
All candidates who complete the LIVE Projects/Internships satisfactorily will receive certificates of
completion and those exceeding expectations will receive letters of recommendations for any
opportunities they pursue outside our firm.
