Adolescent who are obese, who are African American, who eat diet high in salt or who have a family history of hypertension are most susceptible to developing this disease. POOR POSTURE Poor posture is the posture that results from certain muscles tightening up or shortening while others lengthen and become weak, which often occurs as a result of one's daily activities. It may lead to pain, injury, or other health problems. Due in part to the imbalance of growth, the skeletal system growing a little more rapidly than the muscles attached to it.
