2. Compress upper locater dog
3. Collapes the key (Ensure the key cannot
rotate)
4. Test locater dog movement
5. Knock down to control position

1. Key spring functioning (Control &
Selective Position)
Pull-up 2. Locater dog collapes when push up
(Selective)
3. Key not worn out (∡90º)
4. Fishing neck not work out
5. Allen screw and tool compartment all
tightened
6. Key OD  2.84” (Control)

Servicing Procedure:
(Redress/Service/Disassembly)
1. Grease all component with lubriplate
2. After RIH keep in diesel & hydraulic oil
filled container
3. Defend on judgement to
assembly/disassembly
