 INTRODUCTION
• A Student Management System (SMS) is a system that manages the records of student as
well as the staff around the student
• The Student Management System Software is designed and developed to overcome the
manual difficulties 
• This system has been enabled with validation data checkup while entering the data and
before saving it to the particular file

• Staff manage the student attendance
• Student can give complain and notification
• Admin entered as well as delete the staff records
• There will be only admin who will have to authority to make changes and modification
while using this system
• Students will also able to check their data and modify their basic information as per their
requirements

• Existing system work on the concept
of manual system
• File system has been used to maintain
records for each students, so each
department also have to separate file
for each tasks
• Making final audit report is not an
easy task
