EUSTRESS
Eustress is a word consisting of two parts. The
prefix derives from the Greek eu meaning
either "well" or "good". When attached to the
word "stress", it literally means "good stress"
EUSTRESS
Eustress is a term coined by endocrinologist
Hans Selve which is defined in the model of
Richard Lazarus as stress that is healthy, or
gives one a feeling of fulfillment or other
positive feelings. Eustress is a process of
exploring potential gains.
DEFINITION OF
EUSTRESS
This is the type of ‘positive’ stress that keeps
us vital and excited about life. The excitement
of a roller-coaster ride, a scary movie, or a fun
challenge are all examples of eustress.

STRIVING GOALS ,OVERCOMING FROM CHALLENGE,NOT
HAVING A REASON TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING SO IT IS
CONSIDERED GOOD TO KEEP US HEALTHY AND HAPPY.
