• Each member of the group came up with


an idea post which we deliberated on
each one of those - doing the analysis
from present and future perspective.

• With a thorough knowledge of the


product and whole pipeline involving it -
the group decided to go with the
Thalipeeth based Sampoornaahar
• Market Opportunity:

opportunity to provide the consumers with a traditional
healthy option in the form of Thalipeeth which is quite

• Process:
Procurement of raw materials followed by the
manufacturing of the product with neat packaging.

• Platform:
The form of sale is direct (B2C) to the customers.

• Revenue Model:
Sale at Food Expo and to customers as and when the
order comes.

• Human Resources:
Household maids form the main labour force required
other than the traditional managers like Sales,
Operations, Manufacturing and Finance.
