Introduction

• In this part, the researchers have introduced related projects and studies that clearly express a similar concept to the
research study. A study on Zlatko Bezhovski

• Goce Delchev University, Krste Misirkov, the project base on The development of the Internet and the arrival of e-
commerce fostered digitalization in the payment processes

• by providing a variety of electronic payment options including payment cards (credit and debit), digital and

• mobile wallets, electronic cash, contactless payment methods and many more. Mobile payment services, with their
increasing

• popularity, are presently under the phase of transition, heading towards a promising future of tentative

• possibilities and technology innovation. In the innovations mentioned above, it dominantly reflected that the android
platform is one of the viable operating systems that are applicable and technically sufficient for a particular mobile
learning in a game environment. Therefore, the researchers have taken into consideration using android as the
platform of implementation for the application.
•These days, many people are extending their hand on their needs in
Government Officials some and a lot of Government officials give their
help through online payment, The regional/Barangay official have to
work for it give the needs of every Barangay they give them help it is
either money or a portion of food. The researchers develop this study to
give some knowledge to other researchers in the future; it will give them
some ideas to weigh down their searching. The implemented mobile app
will efficiently be used without the burden of transacting money.
Furthermore, it will save time for the other too.
Research Objectives
•This study's primary goal and implementation of the app is to improve the ease of conducting card/digital
transactions for an individual.

• Reduce students who can leave the house and pay for their needs.

• Reduce a few barriers and obstacles to personal payment charges for students.

• Identify what is quick and accessible to the student in online payment cash.
Methods
• In order to ensure that the data required in production are accurate, sufficient and acceptable the researchers
conducted a survey to gather information to know the challenges and how to solve this by the researchers in
terms of digitalized payment system.
• The main respondents of this study are the students that are in need of tools that make their payment more
convenient and less cost of fare and charge fee. The current situation today, the digitalized payment system
are one who are looking of the student to make them pay very easy and fast.

Data Analysis and Findings
• Digitilized Payment system already exists for years, it is used by companies and businesses, even self-
employed entrepreneurs. Alot of notable schools such as AMA, CIT etc. use this feature as a payment option
for students that would like to pay via virtual money. (GCASH, Paypal, etc). This inspired the respondents to
make a digitalized payment system for a school that can help ease the students way of paying their bills. Due
to COVID, but this system can be used and be improved in the upcoming years and will highly benefit the
school overall.
• Figure 1:
Data Analysis and Findings
• The framework of the digilitalized payment system utilized a mobile application framework in which students enter their payment
details and the application will act as the bridge or "gateway" from that student to the school's respective account. Note that the
school must have an account that will serve as a reciever for the payment that is sent to the student.

• In the development of the application, the researches designed a framework that is to be used in the application. The
framework defines how the process using the application in terms of how the payment flows, how will the school recieve the
payment and how the student will pay using virtual money.

• [FIGURE 1]

• In Figure 1 shows the mobiles framework which the students enters its account details on the system, the system will then ask
if what kind of bills the student is paying, afterwards the system will proceed to check if the student's account has enough funds. If
yes, then the system will continue otherwise it will go back to the home page saying the student doesn't have enough funds.

• After checking if the student has enough funds for the payment, it will check the school's account if it accepts that kind of
payment (Paymaya, Gcash etc.) If yes, then the system will proceed to connect to the payment gateway provider (Paymaya, Gcash)
and will deduct the exact amount needed to pay for the students bills. the System then will notify if the payment succeeded or
failed. lastly, it will ask if the student wants to continue transacting or exit the application.
• In this chart, it shows a gender of a student who respond to the quiz
that researchers distributed to them. It shows a fairly gender responds
which has a 10 Male and 10 Female.
• It shows the count of students who respond to this question. There are
18.2% of the respondents who answer accessibility, 9.1% of “di ko
alam”, availability and transaction answer. In this question researchers
gathered an answer in information of similar experiences of
Digitalized Payment and face to face Customer Service.
• In the question of “What are the obstacles when to use a Digitalized
Payment System that accepts online payment and Virtual money,
respondents answers internet access which has 70%,payment gateway
that has a percent of 65% and maintenance that has a 50%. It shows
that these will be the challenges of a student nowadays in using a
virtual money.
• In Online Transaction for Online Transaction Accessibility question,In
the information that we gathered to the 20 respondents 45% answers
High Accessibility,25% answers Very Accessible and Accessible, and
on Not Accessible is 5% these means that the online transaction is
really good to be a tools for these case of pandemic.
• There are many Accessibility in Online transaction that nowadays
students are using, just like Paypal and Credit Card that has a 47.4%
that respondents answer on the quiz Debit Card 21.1%,GCash
78.9%,Paymaya 57.9% and On-site Payment 47.4% that these 19
responses of student quiz in Google forms.
• In this chart it shows the percentage of every transaction processing
which are the answers of 20 respondents in the Google Forms Quiz. It
shows that they use a Transaction Processing in Online transaction as
to time which has many responses to the Google Form Quiz.
• In this chart it shows the percentage that who can access in one of this
internet. With 20 respondents that answered the Wifi is in 90% while
the Mobile Data is just 75%.
• There are three Payment Gateways that can be used by the
respondents but 7 Eleven Click is at 85%, the Loading Station is at
70%, and the last is at 35% Local Bank.
Sample UI
The Application is user-friendly mostly to the students who will use this. In home screen it show the logo and the
start button to proceed on the next step to run the app until to successfully finish.

The Application is user friendly that in this section has a two button which you will choose if it is for sending or
receiving a money.
Sample UI
The Application show the approaches on what to use in order to pay their bills. The Application is user friendly
which let the user choose with the logo that can help to them to pay their bills.

In this section it is a sign up section wherein users need to fill out with the required personal information they use
on the approaches that they choose on the method of payment.
Conclusions
1. The student payments online are the most current operation. In the years leading up to the pandemic some
students went out of the house for the some important matter so many precautions are in place when you
need to leave, which is why everyone will pay a lot of the applications.
2. Many of the students pay their bills in person and complain that they are so late in line that some of them
use an online payment system. Some students know how to use the online cash to pay their bill so that many
applications come out in this pandemic and allow them to use the cash in fast payment bills.
3. There are various uses for fast money transfers. Often the applications are not fairly available because the
people who need it. Some use wireless internet or mobile data for easy access to the online payment system.
Recommendation
• To extend any experience in interpreting their views, utilizing some interview method and data collection
techniques. And often apply a few observations in payment bills about how they use the program.
