 The Victim
Kids who are bullied can lose interest in school. They may
suffer physical injuries and mental health issues.
 They may suffer depression and anxiety. They look sad and
lonely. They suffer eating and sleep disorders and lose interest
in activities they used to enjoy.
 Kids begin to perform poorly in academic work. Some end up
dropping out of school.
 There has been media reports on extreme cases where victims
end up committing suicide (take their own lives) or shooting in
retaliation. Some people call this tragedy ‘Bullicide’. In the
1990’s about 70% of school shooting were bully-retaliation
related.
