BUYER’S ENTITLEMENT:
 Possession of the House: Citizens of AVC will have complete possession of
the Chalet within 18 to 24 months and the Villa within 24 to 30 months from the
date of the agreement/confirmation of design, whichever is later.
 Interim stay arrangements: During first 24 months of the booking, we shall
provide luxury interim accommodation to enable our citizen designate avail the
privileges offered by Aamby Valley.
 Usage of facilities: Privileged Citizens would have access to enjoy various
facilities including the clubs and other exclusive amenities.
 The Privileged Citizens will be given complimentary membership of the Aamby
Valley Golf Course as mentioned above.
 Privileged Citizens would also be able to book venues at Aamby Valley for
celebrations, parties and galas. These would be subject to commercial and
operational terms & conditions.
 Security Identification Access Cards: For security identification, access
cards in the numbers mentioned above will be issued to all privileged Citizens
and their immediate family members.
