CONCLUSION
 CONCLUSION

 DIBL is an emerging bank, backed by the strong investment

companies It excels in the market with evenly distributed network of
branches, but still it should open more branches. By analyzing the
financial statements of the bank, I came across to know that it is one
of the most growing banks in the subcontinent. Now they should
carry on with the present management which too k it from one of the
ordinary bank to this level. No doubt professionalism and internal
controls of the bank are one of the major issues which may results
some major losses to the bank. Bias in hiring and between
colleagues should be removed. By keeping any eye on its
weaknesses and by reducing those, it would be the best bank in sub
continent.
