Board Number
Maximum configuration number is 2
Slot 0,1
Main Functions :
The HBBI interfaces the RF subrack with the baseband subrack
Process up to 128 CE equivalent voice channels for uplink, 256 CE for dow
nlink and support up to 3 cells
Form the uplink resource pool with HULPs
Form the downlink resource pool with HDLPs
one MTRU
CPRIB The two ports connect to the BBIF0 or BBIF1 on the six MTRU panels through
cables
Board Number
Maximum configuration number is 2
Slot 0,1
Main Functions :
The HBOI provides an interface between the RRU and the baseband subrack
in the basic cabinet
Process up to 128 CE equivalent voice channels for uplink, 256 CE for dow
nlink and support up to 3 cells
Form the uplink resource pool with HULPs
Form the downlink resource pool with HDLPs
Port Function
Optical ports 0 to 2 connect optical cables and transmit the RRU
OPT0/1/2
signals
Board Number
maximum configuration number is 6
Slot 2~7
Main Functions :
Each HULP can process 128 equivalent voice channels and support 3 cells
On the data plane, the HULP processes UL baseband data in the NodeB, includin
g demodulation of common transport channels and dedicated channel, channel e
stimation, rake receiving, softer combining, and decoding
On the control plane, the HULP completes the signaling process from the NMPT,
transmits data such as feedback information, power control, and access informati
on to the HDLP, processes AAL2 traffic data, and sends the data to the NUTI/ND
TI
Board Number
Each HDLP can process 512 equivalent voice channels and support 6 cells
Encoding and modulating the user plane data from the NUTI/NDTI
Receiving the control plane data from the NMPT for signaling process such a
s measurement
Receiving power control signals from the HULP for TX diversity control and
DL power control
