Most important commercial product Tremendous progress in baking industry Lacks in quality and short shelf life Shelf life of breads produced now a days is very limited to three (3) days Some stabilizers have extended the shelf life of bread, improve water retention capacity, modify its texture and volume Chemicals also cause many side effects

Edible and extremely safe plant Easily available in Pakistan Moringa bread will help to fight against hunger Tackling malnutrition especially among infants and nursing mothers Increase shelf life of bread
