Cyber Groups Dependence On Its India Employees

Cyber Group, Inc. is a growing engineering company in Texas and relies on engineering support from its India office for added value to their customers. Although most of the customers interface is through Dallas, much of the detail work is done in India by quality engineers. In order to help ensure project effective execution in India, it is essential that key engineers from India personally participate directly with new customers in the USA for initial requirements development and project plan scheduling.
