ADVANTAGES - Immortal to any weather condition. - Can prevent heat to enter any substance that it covers up to 70 degree Celsius compare to other normal paint that is lower. DISADVANTAGES - Extremely harmful to aquatic organisms. - Might cause long-term adverse effect in aquatic environment - Not friendly, if frequently exposure to the paint it may cause skin dryness or cracking.

There is 2 main component of any paint :PIGMENT

Pigment is granular solids incorporated into the paint to contribute colour, toughtness, texture or simply to reduce the cost of the paint

BINDER
Binds the pigment together, and strongly influences such properties as gloss potential, exterior durability, flexibility and toughness.

There will be a substance that is dangerous (presenting a physicchemical, Health or environmental hazard). But this substance is based on the CHIP regulations or which are assigned occupational exposure limits. CHIP refer to Chemicals
For colours paint :- NAPHTHA (PETROLEUM), HYDROTREATED HEAVY - TALC, MAGNESIUM SILICATE DISTILLATES (PETROLEUM), HYDROTREATED LIGHT - DICHLOFLUANID - ETHYL METHYL KETOXIME
(Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply), Regulations 2009

For black and white paint :- MAGNESIUM CARBONATE

Chemical Resistance: - Resistant to mild atmospheric fume attack and to the salts in new mortar, rendering and similar surfaces. Heat Resistance: - The heat resistance is great and can prevent the heat to enter to the substance it covers up until 70 degree Celsius.

ater Resistance: - Resistant to the levels of atmospheric humidity normally experienced in exterior environments eather Resistance: - The resistance to weather is high and commonly 10 years resistance will end.

Fire Resistance: - The resistant of fire is great but it recommended using alcohol resistant foam, CO2 and powders to extinguish the fire if it starts. It extremely recommended not using waterjet

Surface Preparation - Allow all new surfaces to dry out completely. - Remove all loose or defective paint or powdery residues by thorough brushing and scraping, using a stiff fiber brush or high pressure water jet. -Treat any areas affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with Fungicidal ash. - Make good minor defects with a suitable exterior grade Filler. - Use a sand and cement mix for larger holes and cracks. - Surfaces that remain powdery, friable or chalky after thorough preparation should be sealed with a coat of Adhesion Promoting all Sealer.

APPLYING WEATHERSHIELD PAINT Before the paint was used :- You will need a mask to cover your breathing from the chemical solution of the paint. - You can use a roller brush or normal brush to apply the paint to any building surface. - Single coat at standard thickness has 2 - 3hours dry time dependant on temperature and humidity.
