INTRODUCTION TO SYSTEM

Manual work has always been slow and sometimes complicated. Sothere is need to do work fast and properly. Computers can achieve this. In todays fast life everyone wants to be fit healthy physically as well as manually. For this many people are going to swimming tank and health club. And for managing the swimming tank system there is need of computer software to minimize the paper work and increase the efficiency of work. We tried to achieve this in our project.

PROBLEM DEFINITION

The existing system is being completely manual. Due to this many problem arises. It is very difficult to store and retrieve therecord. And also to handle the papers. Due to this report generation maytake long-time and also to have the chances of errors in storing as well as retrieving the data from stored records

PROPOSED SYSTEM
We are trying to develop the Swimming pool management System on computer System so that the work is reduced and the user should get the following possible merits
It should be user Friendly Automatic Increment of receipt form Data processing

Software Requirements

FEASIBILITY STUDY

The important outcome of preliminary investigation is to determine whether given suggested system is feasible. The given three aspects test Feasible of system. 1. Operational Feasibility 2. Economical Feasibility 3. Technical Feasibility

REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS

Themain objective of any system is to developed user-friendly system. The user requirements were found out by interacting with end users. The system developed must fulfill user requirements. Keeping in the mind collected basic requirement By following process
Interview: Record review: Observation:

PROTOTYPING Prototyping is considered as guidance and a corrective method applied to a working model of an information system software. Prototyping has been carried out in particular system on basis of analysis and design.

This prototype has been an actual & applications used on live data The purpose of this system prototyping has been to meet featureproposed by user Prototype in this system has taken major time factor in developing system as it.

DESCRIPTION OF NEW SENSOR TECHNIQUE

One sensor providing such signals to the processing means may comprise a water level sensor or depth sensor the processing means may be programmed to control,on the basis of the signals received from said water level or depth sensor, means for adding water to the pool. In this case, the sensor may comprise, for example, a simple float which operates switches according to the level at which the float is disposed in relation to a fixed point Alternatively or additionally, a depth sensor may be utilised, for example operating by sonar and serving to determine the depth of the pool
