IF YOU THINK YOU CAN, YOU ARE RIGHT !! Just Be Passionate about what you think

Almost anything you do will seems insignificant but it is important that you do it . You must be the change; You wish to see in the world

The Three dimensions of success

KNOWLEDGE THE ASK PRINCIPLE

ATTITUDE

SKILL

The theme of Count your chickens before they hatch

y Attitude y Learning from the mistakes y Persisting in the face of adversity y Vision y Empathy for others y Human relation skills

There are people with skills and with knowledge and with an urge to succeed but somehow the urge is not forceful enough. RATHER NOT PASSIONATE ENOUGH.

You know what you are but not what you can

BECOME

Passion
y To achieve greatness you also need to be

passionate about your beliefs y Passionate belief often make great sacrifices look easy

Those who can count their chicken before they hatch are people who are passionate about seeing the maximum number of chicken hatching!!!

Mr. Bernard Shaw

You see things and say WHY? But I dream of things that never were and say : WHY NOT?

Modern Generation
y They don t work with passion y They don t play with passion y They don t eat with passion y They don t listen to music with passion y Their painting lacks passion y They don t express passionately y And, as a recent study points out, this generation

lovemaking has also lost passion .

That your failure does not necessarily mean that the cause you were fighting for was not worth it

People who passionately believe they can develop the ability to persist in the face of adversity.

Great passions can defy destiny.

People with passion for work generally have the courage to whistle while they work.
They want to take credit for the success, but are equally prepared to accept the blame for the failure. People with passion for work have all their senses involved in the job at hand.

People with passion for works usually demonstrate some interpersonal competence and enjoy long-term relationships.

One does need to remember that passion for work can be maintained only by developing a habit of taking reasonable challenges.

We can characterize people with a passionate attitude for work as restless, energetic, striving for, seeking and enjoying challenges. For them, life is reasonable adventure.

y Passion at work can also reduce the risk of getting

heart disease. y Success, happiness and very often even money is directly related to just one thing PASSION AT WORK. y Anything worth doing is worth doing passionately

Use material things instead of loving material things and using people. It s the people power which decides your future.

The secret of natural smile ?

Be honest and sincere about persons you know. It comes naturally!!!!!

If you want to make friends

LISTEN

y If you want friends, learn to shower honest praise

on them.
y Check out that you give maximum happiness to

people you love most.

y It is not just about winning friends; it s also about

driving people and friends towards higher levels of efforts.

Avoid saying to anyone YOU ARE WRONG NOT TO MAKE THE OTHER PERSON FEEL LIKE A LOOSER.

Call attention to other people s mistakes indirectly after showing respect to the other person s opinions.

If you can admit your mistake you can give yourself a feeling of nobility and exultation.

In a country like INDIA, were we regularly deal with the poor and less fortunate people working for us, this becomes all the more important THE RICH HAVE MUCH. THE POOR HAVE ONLY FEELINGS AND SELF RESPECT

PEOPLE are a company s only suitable competitive advantage MOTIVATE THEM You ll be surprised to see how fast motivated people can run.

Once motivation of employees are identified, all a good leaders need to do is satisfied and see his people performing at high level of productivity.

y Physiological needs (food, sex, other basic y y y y

requirement) Safety needs (shelter, security etc.,) Social needs (friends, family etc.,) Esteem (recognition & respect) Self-actualization needs (need for achieving great things)

At one point Prof. Arindam Chaudhuri describe above situation very beautifully and in very practical words when nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without as much as crack showing in it. Yet, at the hundred-and-first blow it will split into and I know it wasn t that blow that did it but all that had gone before

You are not the same person you were ten years ago and you are not likely to the same person ten years from now.

Motivated people are in a constant state of functional tension.

At first people refuse to believe that a strange new thing can be done, then they begin to think it can t be done. Then they see it can be done. Then it is done and all the world wonders why it was not done before.

People are your most important resource and if the people you work with can become your friends then would be with you even in hell .. Helping you taste success
