Roles:
Monitoring of day to day progress and documentation of the progress. Collate and maintain databases, filing systems and other records associated with the duties of the post Prepare reports, correspondence, financial data, statistical information, returns etc., as necessary and report the findings to Agency Attend meetings, working groups, working parties, etc., as necessary and progress any issues arising. To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate
