CF Core Flex 60 min. Rhythmic, soothing, and flowing movements in this workout will benefit the core, burn calories, and tone muscles.
YB Yoga Basic 60 min. Review of basic yoga postures with focus on alignment & strengthening.
PY Power Yoga 60 min. Designed for those who want a little more. Yoga moves are more advanced and will bring your heart rate up.
KM Keep Movin’ 60 min. For all members. Focuses on mental & physical exercises including low-intensity cardio, weights & stretches.
