His qualification is MBA (Marketing). And he is having four year experience in marketing

Pakistan is the fifth largest milk producer in the world. Milk production in year 2009-10 was about 30.81 million tons. Raw milk is used for drinking and tea making purpose. In Rural areas, milk is used to make Desi ghee, yogurt, whey (lasi) and butter. Rural as well as the urban households are the major consumers of milk.

The daily milk intake of Sargodha and surrounding areas is 0.020 million liters respectively. demand for milk increases during summers as the consumption of whey (lassi) rises due to hot weather. Ghee is obtained by heating the milk to evaporate water and removing the curd. Liquid butter oil with 93% fat is content and a much smaller volume results. It is Easy to store and resists spoilage even at tropical temperatures. Dahi or curd (similar to yogurt) is another popular product. If not refrigerated it must be consumed within 24 hours.

Khoya is a popular sweet. It is prepared by condensing the milk to about 20% fat. Sugar and some spices are added in order to obtain desirable flavors. It is a high value product Different value added products like yogurt, ice cream, butter and cheese are also prepared from the raw milk. The processed milk quality and market share has increased considerably over the last five years and provides numerous opportunities to the dairy farm investor to benefit from it.

Our country is an agricultural country. \ So many product related to dairy form is used in whole country. And using of these products is increasing with the passage of time. one thing more population of Pakistan is also increases with the time passage.
Target Market
Description of target market
Our product (cilice of health) the perfect target market is those child students who are in the age of 6-14 year old. Their parents considered that butter is best thing for children in their growing age. Their considered it necessary part of their childrens meal. So children use butter twice times (in breakfast & in dinner) a day. So according to it we decided to target also these age children. They are consumer of butter.
our target market is school children. mostly children like different flavors in everything which they 4/7/12 mostly use daily. Butter is mostly used by it.

Concept testing
We conduct a concept test report. In which we asked parents to write down their comment related to our product that influence you to purchase our product. Because our target markets is school going children. And they have no sense about such product. When we complete that research we observed that roundabout 95% people are agree to purchase our product and they said that:Butter is mostly used by every person. This is considered necessary part of their meal. This is mostly available in pure form. This is a natural product. There is no artificial thing used in it. Management risk We have also some management risks. That are following:
Electricity risk The present situation of electricity is harm full for our business. Due to long load shading our freezer will not working properly. v But we take some steps to too meet that situation. We purchased generators and UPS for our organization. So this factor will be control by our organization.
