Saudi Arabia will gradually soften its position in recruiting more manpower from Bangladesh. New job sectors also opened up in Australia, Algeria, Angola, Azerbaijan, Botswana, Libya, Somalia and South Africa. The govt. has also opened labour wings at its diplomatic missions at Ryad and Madina in Saudi Arabia and at Penang in Malaysia. Initiatives have also been taken to open such wings at the countrys mission in Italy, Japan, Jordan, Sudan and war-ravaged Iraq.

It represents the Overseas Job as lucrative sector of economy of Bangladesh. It points out with the global financial crunch showing signs of sliding for its migrant workers; the economy is likely to come under serious stress. It also shows the cause of decline of Bangladesh manpower export. It priorities to be responsive of taking timely and efficiently policy, initiatives for competing with global labor market.
