You can account for excellence at any level (from the individual to the work group to a global corporation, a country and even the world) on the basis of single criterion we call Intent to serve Individual and organizational excellence are one issue not two. This is true from two point of views: You can not command others if you are not in charge of your own life. Whoever you are, as leader will over time be reflected in those around you.
