COMPANY PROFILE
Unichem was set up by Late Mr. Amrut Mody in
1944.
Dr. Prakash Amrut Mody was appointed Chairman
and Managing Director in 1999.
Its head office is located in Mumbai.
One of its plant is located in Baddi (Himachal
Pradesh).
Baddi is located about 45 kms from the
architectural paradigm, Chandigarh, the town is
surrounded by lush green hills of the Shivalik
range of mountains.
Baddi formulations plant become fully operational
in 1998.
COMPANY PROFILE
The Company has received ISO 9001:2000
for all its plants and corporate office.
The Company has received
ISO14001:1996 certificates for its
formulation plants ( Goa, Ghaziabad and
Baddi) and Corporate Office at Mumbai.
Baddi plant houses the manufacturing
facility for different formulations of Beta
Lactum range of antibiotics
