In ultimii ani , datorita cresterii importantei comunicarii in limba engleza , accesul profesorilor de limba engleza la cursuri organizate cu vorbitori nativi a crescut foarte mult, inlesnind acestora nu numai imbogatirea cunostintelor de specialitate dar si cunoasterea directa a altor sisteme de educatie ceea ce a dus la acceptarea si implementarea cu usurinta a noului in educatie , ducand , uneori , la divergente de opinii cu colegii care predau alte discipline.Cu atat mai mult cand acesti profesori devin directori. Cursul s-a dovedit un ajutor util pentru armonizarea sistemului de invatamant traditional cu cel modern si cu cel european
