Proposed TEACHING STAFF
1. One Principal/Director BS-18.

2. One Teacher BSc Engg/B.Tech , Bs-17, for Following Technologies to cover all related trades and keeping in view future extension/Centre of Excellence
a) One Mechanical Engineer (to Cover Machinist ,Welding, Auto Mechanic (Patrol)+ Diesel, HVACR, Draftsman Mechanical, Fitter etc.) b) One Electrical/Electronics Engineer (to cover all related trades i.e Electrician, Appliances repair, RTV, Electronics, Motor Winding etc) c) One Civil Engineer (to cover Civil Draftsman, Quantity/Quality Surveying, Plumber, Mason etc courses) d) One Instructor IT where IT Academy Proposed in approved Project Document (also beneficial to run additional computer courses, AUTO Cad/CCA etc)

e) One Instructor English for all Institutes.

If same course with two different durations (G-II & G-III) is running then it is counted as ONE trade for demand of BS-17 teachers. 1.5 Formula was focused while preparing proposal i.e one DAE per trade and one B.Sc Teacher per two trades. In addition to mentioned staff for GTTI , One Teacher per trade/per section/per semester BS-16 is proposed i.e DAE or above .

As the GTTI stream has the 80:20 practical:theory ratio therefore BS-16 teachers will conduct all practical training and BS-17 teachers (as less in number and grouped for same trades) will overall supervise training, ensure quality, conduct difficult/advance level practicals and also will cover theory portion of technical trades.

For 2nd Shift with sanctioned staff only teaching faculty of BS-16/BS-17 is proposed whereas admin staff of morning shift will get 40% of running pay(proposed) benefit for performing additional duties
Calculation of required DAE/Bs-16 teachers is based on actual sections/trades running/no of Labs available.

For unique trades like Bulldozer Operator, Tailoring, Carpenter, Sheet metal, Mason Bricklayer one BS-16 teacher is proposed however relaxation in qualification will be needed at the time of induction/posting.
