1.Aircel prepaid plans are more flexible{Rs 7 and Rs 22 plans} 2.Aircel provide Data volume upto 2.5 GB and reliance provide upto 21 GB and Docomo provide upto 15GB . 3.Aircel customer can switch there 2G sim to 3G but in Reliance we have to buy a different simcard.

Retailers says that customers are preffering Docomo more because of more data and speed.

1.According to survey some of the Retailers are saying that there is less demand for Aircel. 2.There is also some network problem in Aircel. 3.Retailers said that Aircel need to promote 3G. 4.Some of the retailers are not much happy with FOS.

5.According to retailers the plans of Docomo are better than Aircel. 6.Retailers said that Docomo launched 3G earlier than Aircel so Docomo has better relations and loyality among retailers and customers.

1.Aircel should promote 3G by setting stalls at the crowded places like-Colleges , Coffee Houses , Sukhna Lake etc. 2.Aircel should call all the Aircel retailers and provide detailed information about Aircel 3G and its the plans (or) Companys employee should go to each and every retailer and provide them information . 3. Aircel need to make a plan between Rs.202 and Rs.602. {like-Rs.302 and Rs.502}. 4.Aircel should launch mobile TV service.
