Talocalcaneal angle

Treatment
First, always nonoperative, asap

Plaster cast weekly at least 6 months

Special shoes Follow up Correction achieved by age 7 years usually

permanent

 Operative treatment
Release posteromedial contracted tissue Re alignment talonavicular and talocalcaneal joints ATL
