USCE shopping center is located in serbias most innovative and modern, retail and leisure destination.
It covers 130,000 sq.m covers three commercial floors and two levels of car parking. This area acts as a strategic connection between the new and old belgrade.

Fronted by a large triangular plaza, the main faade of zinc, steel, and glass creates a modern landmark for the city with striking, sculptured elements which are echoed in the landscaping of the surrounding area, characterised by strong geometric patterns.
An architecture that deliberately renounces simple geometries that commonly characterize the commercial 'ships', to emphasize contrarily recognition through chiaroscuro, obtained thanks to the "floating" effect of the volumes on top of the base, from their different depths, and through the design of the enormous brise soleil, and an unconventional use of color, which thus transforms the facade of Usce into a new Belgrade landmark.

The buildings innovative architectural style is emphasised in the evenings through the lighting that illuminates the faade from different angles, with different shades and degrees of intensity. The use of high quality natural materials and a sophisticated lighting system is repeated in the interior design. During the day; natural light floods through the skylight that covers the entire length of the roof, giving life to the elegant theme of the contemporary interior design and providing a complementary balance to the bright colours of the exterior. It features the sculptured facade which are achieved by the interplay of materials, colour and forms.

The material treatment envisaged for the elevation of a facade this important provides for the use of 14,000sqm of Quartz-Zinc zinc titanium 0.8mm thick panels, for the supportive parts of the building structure, and aluminum 2.5mm thick covering, pre-painted in red and light gray for the more jutting and expressive masses. In addition, to highlight the second entrance and to empty in one of the corners the architectural mass, it was decided to use Ushaped glass. The multilevel articulation of the commercial center has suggested architectural solutions designed to enhance this spatial characteristic with the objective of transforming the interior of the galleria into a great flood of light, overhung and illuminated by a skylight that covers it for its entire length.

The shopping gallery accommodates approx. 150 shops, restaurants and leisure outlets and provides over 1,300 parking spaces. Visitors will also have access to an Idea supermarket (4,000 sq m), 8 restaurants and 6 bars, as well as a new multiplex cinema with 11 screens.

THE SECTION SHOWS THE GLAZING OF THE ENTIRE LENGTH PRESENT ON TOP OF THE GAP TO DUG OUT OF THE GALLERY.

THE SECTION SHOWS THE ATTENTION GIVEN TO THE STUDY OF THE FALSE CEILINGS DESIGNED TO BOUNCE THE LIGHT COMING FROM THE WINDOWS.
