    B1: Proof Obama Should NOT be Using SSN 042-68-4425. SSN with 042 prefix is a Connecticut SSN. Obama was Never a Legal Resident of CT
    Research Note: The table to the left applied for decades for issuing SSNs by state and geographic region including back in the year of 1977 when Obamas SSN sequence block was being issued. The prefix by geographic region system was used until recently. But, circa 2011 the Obama administration changed the rules to issue all SSN numbers randomly. This was likely done in my opinion to add further confusion to help protect Obama on this how come he is using a Connecticut prefix SSN matter. Obama exhibits all the m.o. of a person committing identity fraud.
