Aim:
To develop and conduct Out Bound Training for team building in IT industry, for managers and above category.
Objectives:
Study the concept; IT industry, its work domain and the designations of people involved. Analyze the importance of team, its structure, challenges to teams and the necessary team culture to work together. Design, develop and conduct the outbound training for better coagulation between team members.

Has an increased productivity, particularly in the developed world. Huge economies and insatiable demand, characterize this rapidly growing sector.

These are domains where a single person cannot perform alone till completion. Hence a Team is needed. A team can prove effective under situations. Efficient to successfully complete work on time every time.

Team bonding focuses - group interaction, familiarity among members, and providing an opportunity for focused networking. A Generic team building program - apart from above, provides a positive environment for process improvement within the team. Experiential learning- best form of learning. The lessons learnt are deeply embedded. The challenge of Outbound training, is the ability to debrief and bring out the learning's from seemingly unrelated activities.

Limitations
It is a money spinner for the training providers which means it is an expensive proposition. Learning is not fully retained if it is looked at as a fun activity by the audience. Most of the training providers usually conduct activities which merely sell and not meet the need. There are activities which are based on the similar model that can be rendered within the 4 walls of any organization

Conclusion
From OBT all people will know how to have vision, work together in order to be productive and successful. Ability to raise and resolve issues that are standing in the way of accomplishing a goal . The training includes the instruction on how to communicate better, manage conflict, understand and appreciate the skills and talents that everyone brings to the table. A full assessment of the teams need before the training.
