Decision are only made by the c.e.o and other top management which are not effective some time Recommendation Decentralization and local management should be on board while the management is taking decision

Not allowing the labor union which cause the bad relationship between employees and management RECOMMENDATION Allow the labor union which can represent the workers problem to the management

Bonus are only limited to the top management Recommendation Lower level workers should be awarded with incentives and bonuses

Mishandling with Christian employees Recommendation Everyone should be treated according to the law and their right should be protected

Threat to the female employees(bus hostess) from banned organization

Recommendation Provide proper security and be in touch with law enforcement agencies

Every workers shift changes after 2 weeks with disturb their social life

Recommendation First consult the employees thereafter make schedule of changing the duty after 3 months

Conflict with motorway police

Not following the rules by the drivers cause conflict with the motor way police

Recommendation Proper check and balance on driver and train them in proper way
